  • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly
  • Schedule: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Friday

 CSR Responsibilities:

  • Fill Call Board to Capacity
  • Execute Outbound Strategy
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction
  • Immediately Resolve Customer Issues
  • Follow Best Practices
  • With additional duties based on the needs of the company 

Preferred Skills & Experiences:

  • 3+years’ experience in customer service contact centers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web Based Software Navigation
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Experience in offering membership-based services.
  • Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand.
  • The ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and your manager.
  • Focused attention to detail (they will have at least read this entire job posting)
