RESPONSIBILITIES  

The Job Responsibilities of this Sales Manager includes, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead and manage the sales team, including training, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market research and competitive analysis, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and proposing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, refining lead generation techniques, streamlining sales operations, and optimizing the use of sales tools and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met through customer-centric sales approaches.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth by analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS  

Required 

  • Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience    
  • Sales training experience  
  • Customer Service experience   
  • Proven success training and developing people   

Preferred 

  • Management experience in the home services industry    
  • 4-year degree    
  • Trade knowledge
